The technical particulars of new equipment for Short-Range 
Photogrammetry, i 
the Wild C120 Stereometercamera and 
the Wild A40 Autograph, are described and reference is made 
to some of the applications. 
The 0120 is a double camera restricted to the "normal case" 
with a fixed base length of 1.20 meters. It is equipped 
with a new type of wide angle lenses for horizontal photo 
graphs on plates of 65 mm x 90 mm in size. The base-tube 
can no longer be rotated for tipping the camera’s axes. 
Instead, the image frames are shifted vertically by a 
constant amount in their plane whereby a larger depression 
angle is obtained. Turning the base tube upside-down on 
the tripod reverses the conditions and the larger angle is 
then brought above the horizon. 
The design of the A40 Autograph is based on the mechanical 
principle with space rods. The instrument has base components 
which allow, besides the normal case, plotting from photo 
graphs tilted parallel about the vertical axis. Elevation 
differences of the camera stations can be taken into account. 
Either the horizontal or the vertical frontal plane of the 
instrument can be chosen as the drawing plane of the plotting 
table. The A40 is fitted with connections for the EK5 
Electric Coordinate Printer. 
Zusammenfassung 
Es werden die technischen Einzelheiten einer neuen Aus 
rüstung für die Nahbildmessung, die Stereometerkammer 
Wild C120 und der Autograph Wild A40 beschrieben und einige 
Anwendungen dieser G-eräte aufgezeigt. 
Die C120 ist eine auf den Normalfall beschränkte Doppel 
kammer mit fester Basis von 1,20 m und neuen Weitwinkel 
objektiven für horizontale Aufnahmen des Plattenformates 
65 mm x 90 mm. Die Bildrahmen sind unter Verzicht auf die 
Kippung vertikal in ihrer Ebene verschoben. Dadurch wird 
in normaler Kammerstellung ein grösserer Tiefenwinkel er 
zielt. Das Basisrohr kann jedoch auf dem Stativ gekehrt 
werden, wodurch der grössere Winkel über den Horizont zu 
liegen kommt. 
Der Autograph A40 beruht auf dem mechanischen Prinzip mit 
Raumlenkern. Er besitzt Basiskomponenten und gestattet ausser 
der Disposition des Normalfalles auch die Auswertung parallel 
verschwenkter Aufnahmen mit Höhenunaerschieden der Stand 
punkte. Als Zeichenebene auf dem Zeichentisch kann die 
Grundrissebene oder die Aufrissebene des Gerätes gewählt 
werden. Das Instrument besitzt die Anschlussmöglichkeit 
für das elektrische Koordinatenregistriergerät EK5.
