3 —THE NECESSARY DATA AND THEIR OBTENTION
All the numbers must be punched according to the conventions of the Antocode
Mark 3 as they are normally written and ending by cr If ou sp sp. In the case of
decimal fractions they will have a point to separate the integer part from the
decimal.
If a point is put in a number which was defined in the programme as integer,
there will appear an indication of error by means of a continuous punching If.
3.1 —GENERAL RIBON
This ribon includes the autograph coordinates of all the points observed during the
triangulation of the strip, preceded by the respective identification number.
It is obtained by means of a Wild SL-15 ribon puncher in connection with a
Wild EK 5 electric registrator of coordinates.
The points of each model must be preceded and followed by the respective central
pass points; the order by which the other points of the model are registered is
indifferent.
The register of each point is presented as follows:

In the programme it is foreseen that the punching of a signal * cancels the register
of the present point and the punching of * * cancels the register of all precedent
points till the previous central pass point, inclusive.
