The paper presents a survey of the development of analogue restitution instruments in the period 
1964-68. It deals mainly with the new constructions and, to some extent, with attachments for 
the existing instruments. 
An intense development of new instruments has been noticed in the fields of mechanical projection 
type instruments and direct optical projection instruments. The general trends in the first men 
tioned group have been the extension of the applicability to include super-wide-angle photography 
on the one hand, and the restriction to near vertical photography on the other. The trend in 
development of direct optical projection instruments is characterised by the re-introduction of 
the stereo-flickering method of observation, which improves the convenience of operation and 
facilitates the use of coloured photography. 
The attachments have been developed for aerial triangulation with plotters, numerical outputs, 
production of orthophotographs, and for engineering applications. Some attention has also been 
paid to the newly developed comparators in Europe.

L'article examine l'évolution des appareils restituteurs analogiques durant la période 1964-1968. 
Les créations nouvelles en constituent l'objet principal; quelqu'attention est cependant aussi 
dévolue aux accessoires ajoutés à certains appareils existants. 
Les développements récents et importants ont porté tant sur des systèmes à projection entiè 
rement mécanique que sur des systèmes à reconstitution optique des faisceaux projectifs. R 
s'est agi avant tout, dans le premier cas, d'extension de la possibilité d'emploi de clichés 
super-grand-angulaires. La tendance à la restriction aux clichés verticaux s'est aussi accentuée. 
Dans le cas de la reconstitution optique, le point caractéristique a été la réintroduction de sys 
tèmes d'observation stéréoscopique à vision alternée, commodes à l'emploi et permettant d'uti 
liser facilement des clichés en couleurs. 
L'article mentionne des accessoires nouveaux ou améliorés concernant la triangulation aérienne 
aux appareils non-triangulateurs, la livraison numérique des résultats, la production d'ortho 
photographies et les applications au génie civil. 
Les comparateurs créés récemment en Europe sont de leur côté décrits sommairement. 
ZUSAMMENFASSUNG 
Der Artikel zeigt eine Uebersicht der Entwicklung der Analog-Auswertegeräte in der Periode 
1964-68. Es werden hauptsächlich Neukonstruktionen, aber auch die Zusatzgeräte für die be 
stehenden Instrumente behandelt. 
Bei den Neukonstruktionen kann eine Tendenz zu den mechanischen Projektionsgeräten und Ge 
räten mit direkter optischer Projektion bemerkt werden. Die allgemeine Richtlinie bei der erst 
genannten Gruppe ist die Anwendungsmöglichkeit auf Ueberweitwinkel-Aufnahmen auszudehnen 
sowie die Einschränkung auf Senkrechtaufnahmen. Die Tendenz der Entwicklung der Geräte mit 
direkter optischer Projektion liegt in der Wiedereinführung des "Stereo-Blink-Verfahrens", das 
den Komfort verbessert und die Anwendung von Farbaufnahmen ermöglicht. 
Zusatzgeräte für die Aerotriangulation mit gewöhnlichen Kartiergeräten , numerische Ausgaben, 
Herstellung von Orthophotokarten, und für die Anwendungsgebiete des Bauingenieurs wurden 
entwickelt. 
Die in Europa neu entwickelten Komparatoren sind kurz beschrieben.
