1. Abstract
The subject matter deals with a method, for calibrating close-up cameras
intended for photogrammetric measurements, based on photography of three-
dimensional test objects. The geometric requirements on them is discussed. The
test objects have well surveyed targets. Their image co-ordinates are measured
in a comparator. The observations are adjusted by the method of least squares
in order to give information about the elements of interior orientation, their
accuracy and the accuracy of the image co-ordinates. Distribution of and cor
relation between the residuals is determined and discussed. Some of the data
programs used are described.
