At the working-meeting of Commission VI (Education, 
dermitoiony and Bibliography) of the International Society for | 
Photogrammetry in Warsaw, November 16-18, 1967 the importance 
for planning for photogrammetric education was stressed and it 
vas deoided to cover this subject in en invited paper to be ; 
delivered at the XI International Congress of Photogrammetry 
in Lausanne 1968. It is the pleasant duty of the author to 
exprasé his appreciation to Professor W. Sztompke, President of | 
Commission VI, ISP, as well as to the working committee for 
their encouragement and support.
