IV. AIRCRAFT
Introduction
A great variety of aircraft is in use. Chief photographic factors determining
selection are long range with reliability for work in remote areas, and a service
ceiling high enough to meet requirements. Outside of these, normal considera
tions of availability, servicing, and economy apply.
Australia
Photography is carried out in various service aircraft of the Royal Australian
Air Force, in the Dragon Fly, the Rapide, and the Avro Anson.
