i) In Sweden a few rectifiers and small series of mirror- and lens-
stereoscopes are constructed. Large instruments are not made.
D) GENERAL REMARKS.
Photogrammetry is very much used for several mapping purposes.
It has contributed to a more simple, a quicker and cheeper solving of
mapping and planning work compated with classical methods. The
years 1948-1952 are characterized as a period when photogrammetry is
beginning to find employment in new domains. This development is
still continuing.
