In Norway, the method has been favorably applied in the mountain
regions, in the fiord-districts of Western Norway and in the inner part
of Troms in Northern Norway.
This method was used for topographic mapping purpose for the last
time in 1951. It has, however, been used later on for scientific purposes.
From 1955 the above mentioned equipment has been transferred to the
Institute of Surveying of the Agricultural University of Norway.
B. Aerial Photogrammetry.
Instruments.
1 Zeiss-Bauersfeld Stereoplanigraph C 5, transferred to the Norwegian
Polar Institute in 1948.
1 Wild A 5 purchased 1947
2 Wild A 6 purchased 1948
1 Wild A 6 purchased 1951
The aerial cameras used are Zeiss RMK, f-21, Zeiss RMK Topo-
gon f-10, and Wild RC5, f-11.5, all of them with a negative size of
18x18 cm.
