Finally, in this world of diversity and complexity, 
good research requires good team work. The job entails a 
continuous chain of studies. This requires total mutaul un- 
derstanding amongst various workers. The basio of good team 
work is satisfaction in all the ranks; capability and deci- 
cation from all the individuals, Such individuals in a gre- 
ater number have to be brought up and motivated into the 
world of photogrammetry if we want progress.
