A further significant band is located around 0,70 pm (Channel 6). 
This region represents the transient zone red to infrared wave- 
lengths were a drastic increase of the reflexion-beha. 
vegetated surfaces occurs. The maximum of the IR-reflexion can 
be measured with bands between 0,8 - 1,1 pm (Channel 8). 
In contrary to this additional significant IR bands have to be 
located around 1,65 and 2,225 pm. Due to water absorption in this 
regions water content in plants and soils can be determined.
