6. CONCLUSION 
In this paper, we examined practical applications of MTF in 
the field of photogrammetric cameras. The instrument can measure 
camera MTF by adding a few modifications and tools. 
It is our hope to use MTF for inspection and maintenance 
purposes with periodic tests. Further measurements are needed to 
establish performance criteria for future applications. 
Proper choice of cameras for specific purposes for the image 
quality aspects will be very useful in the future use of cameras 
based upon MTF examinations.
