Pictures and the plans of the places are very important. 
Especially the view of a place supplies important information 
on the historic condition. The pictures and plans are a good 
argument for a discussion with communal planners and 
politicians. It will help people to involve themselves in 
decision-making procedures those concerning their urban 
environment. An image of religious building (Imareti Atik
