An other alternative usage is the derivation of a CAD model of
the facade. From this, a 3D view may be created. The model
shown in Fig. 8 is derived from a manually determined CAD
model, but may show an impression of the possibilities of the
near future.
S. CONCLUSION
A complicated sequence of operations is necessary to deliver
DSM and orthoimages which match the high demands in the
conservation of cultural heritage. Therefore further improve-
ments and adaptations for this special purpose have to be
implemented.
