In 1957 the geodetic measurements were completely and independ- 
ently repeated in order to check the accuracy. The program of the geo- 
detic measurements was identical with the program from 1956. 
From the computations and adjustmerits a standard error of the di- 
rections was found to be 05.0003 which is considerably better than the 
corresponding value from 1956. The standard error of the elevations 
was of the same magnitude as in 1956. 
For the comparison between the planimetry coordinates from 1956 
and 1957 a coordinate transformation was performed in the five first 
order points 0, 108, 208, 308, and 408, see Fig. 2. In the transformation 
four parameters were used, viz. two translations, one rotation and one
