I am not very well prepared for this business
and it is only because of the fact that we use
radial triangulation already in my country —
and have done so for some time > and because
it was Holland who proposed this as a subject
for the Conference as one of the invited papers,

tion of Professor Cassinis. ;

report about this, and to make some remarks
