ABSTRACT
In this paper we discuss the integrated use of geophysical, geological and TM-Landsat data to
determinate and characterized lithological and structural controls of Au occurrences in the Crixás
greenstone belt. We use magnetometric and TM data to map structural lineaments, foliations and faults,
and geological data to evaluate relations between structural and lithological aspects. With the correct
position of Au occurrences in the study area we test several combinations of geophysical and TM-data
with a real time shadowing display resource to evaluate directional controls of the Au orebodies. The
methodology used showed excellent results possibiliting the evaluation and characterization of the
controls for Au occurrences. With the use of real time shadowing display resource we have got an
optimization in the interpretation procedures with a increase in the accuracy and quick.
