injuring about 12000 people and damaging thousands of
buildings [8].
5. SUMMARY
The main purpose of this paper is to describe the Chinese event-
driven observation and comprehensive disaster evaluation
system for disaster management. Models and methods of multi-
disasters comprehensive evaluation, including general system
function design and system architecture design were proposed.
At last, taking Yushu earthquake being a case, earthquake
disaster comprehensive evaluation system is analyzed in details
and the result proved that it has a good application effects.
