considered as a basis of dicussion: 
The notion of "wetlands problems" - to establish its extent and 
demarcations; the classifications of these areas; 
The establishment of a schedule of the evolution of these areas, which 
is useful for deciding upon the cycles of determinations; 
The characteristics and particular conditions of designing a photo 
interpretation-remote sensing system for the wetlands; 
The specifics of the taking over the records and determinations, pre 
processing the data, interpretation and finalizing the results for 
the wetlands; 
The possibilities of the carrying out of the photointerpretation and 
remote sensing in.these particular areas in case of incomplete and 
unhomogeneous chain of determinations respectively; 
The up-to-date achievements; basic principles of the programmes, R § D 
programmes for a short or long period of time; 
The list of basic items in computer programmes and technology computer 
software means computer programs that can be available for an 
international change; 
The opportunity of an action under the patronage of I.S.P., which we 
could call "Association of United Deltas" ("Deltas fraternises") in 
connection with our problems.
