time necessary to map fractures greatly reduced on 
either satellite or low-level aerial photographs, but 
accuracy is increased, and, perhaps of equal importance, 
figured contracts often show a 100-fold reduction in 
initial exploration costs. I therefore suspect that 
the use of such instrumentation by photo-interpreters 
searching for economic deposits will increase markedly 
in the coming years.
