Preface 
The work of ISPRS Technical Commission II is devoted to the Theory and Concepts of 
Spatial Information Science. This volume collects the papers which have been selected 
based on the submitted abstracts. The abstracts were evaluated by the Technical 
Commission President, Academic Secretary and Working Group Chairs according to 
content, significance, originality, relevance and clearness of presentation.
