Preface 
The work of ISPRS Technical Commission VII is devoted to Remote Sensing Applications 
and Policies. This volume collects the papers which have been selected based on the 
submitted abstracts. The abstracts were evaluated by the Technical Commission President, 
Scientific Secretary and Working Group Chairs according to content, significance, originality, 
relevance and clearness of presentation. 
We thank the authors for their contributions and the Working Group Chairs for their reviews 
of the abstracts.
