COMMISSION V Compte-rendu de la séance du 19 juillet 1956 à 9.00 heures Président: Professeur G. Boaga Secrétaire: Dr. P. Belfiore Le Président ouvre la séance en s’adressant comme suit: »Mes chers collègues: Je suis heureux de vous saluer dans cette belle terre de Suède, qui nous a réservé un accueil si sympathique et cordial. Je dois remercier de tout mon coeur Messieurs les Membres du Gouvernement et du Comité d’Honneur Suédois, le Président et les Membres du Conseil de la Société Internationale et de la Société Suédoise de Photogrammétrie et les Membres du Bureau organisateur du Congrès, qui ont si bien préparé notre travail soit au point de vue des services du Congrès, soit pour nous mettre très vite à notre aise dans cette merveilleuse ville de Stockholm. La Commission V a un champ d’action très vaste et toujours en développe ment: les communications que nous avons reçues et les arguments qu’on va traiter pendant ce Congrès nous en donnent une épreuve sûre.» Ensuite le Président donne quelques renseignements pratiques sur la marche des séances de la commission et termine: »J’espère que nos travaux si bien préparés par nos collègues suédois seront couronnés du succès qu’ils méritent. De ma part je vous assure que la Présidence fera tout son possible pour contribuer au plus grand succès de ce Congrès, qui commence sous les auspices les meilleurs.» The Chairman opened the Meeting and expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the facilities provided and the warm welcome extended to the Congress participants. He affirmed that Commission V had a wide and ever-increasing field of action, as was indeed evident from the papers received and the discussions planned. Assuring the participants that the Commission Board would do all in its power to contribute to the success of the Congress, he voiced the hope that the work of the Commission, so well prepared by the Swedish colleagues, would enjoy well-deserved success. La première communication au programme de cette séance est celle de M. K. Hubeny, Autriche, intitulée »Einige Anwendungen der Photogrammetrie auf nicht topographischen Gebieten». M. Hubeny n’était pas présent, mais un résumé de sa communication est donné ici: a) Nah- und Mikrostereophotogrammetrie. Zweckmässig werden die üblichen Aufnahmeanordnungen der terrestrischen Photogrammetrie verwendet, von denen zufolge der Begrenzung des brauchbar scharf abgebildeten Bereichs (Bereich der Schärfentiefe) dem Normalfall eine besondere Bedeutung zukommt. Fehlertheoretische Untersuchungen zeigen, dass bei Nahaufnahmen von allen möglichen Basislängen jene die günstigste ist, deren Länge bei völliger Aus nutzung des Bildwinkels etwa der Ausdehnung des Objektes parallel zur Basis richtung entspricht. Die erreichbare Genauigkeit wird weiterhin massgeblich von der Grösse des Bildwinkels beeinflusst. Interessante Gegebenheiten findet man in der Mikrophotogrammetrie. Hier zeigt die fehlertheoretische Untersuchung einerseits eine Zunahme der erreich- Hubeny: Einige Anwen dungen der Photogram metrie auf nicht topografischen Gebieten.
