Les renseignements que les divers Pays participants ont bien voulu adresser sont ici groupés et comparés sous les différents points de vues de phases successives de l’élaboration d’un plan urbain. 1.2, Des instructions officielles sur les levés urbains existent dans les Pays suivants: 1. 2. 1. Canada. Au Fédéral Government, le National Research Council a entrepris des recherches; dans le Nova Scotia le Department of Municipal Affairs fait des plans d’après des photographies aériennes à l’échelle du 1/2400°; les Sociétés commerciales ont adopté les spécifications classiques, la précision altimétrique de la demi-équidistance et la précision graphique de 2 mm à l’échelle du plan final. 1. 2. 2. England. La plupart des travaux topographiques entrepris concernent les zones de constructions denses et les régions urbaines. Aucune spécification officielle n’existe, mais les autorités locales en établissent souvent pour satisfaire leurs besoins spécifiques. Il est d’ailleurs fréquent qu’un Ingénieur Municipal demande de telles spécifications en raison de son manque de connaissance en photogram- métrie aérienne. 1.2.3. La Finlande possède des spécifications techniques (non indiquées). 1. 2.4. En France, le Ministère de la Reconstruction et du Logement a élaboré, sous forme de réglementations les normes concernant les travaux de levés par opéra tions combinées des géomètres utilisant la métrophotographie aérienne. Les échelles des plans et leurs précisions adaptées à leur utilisation sont très variées. Généralement le nivellement est fait au sol à ± 0,05 m près et la planimétrie est restituée à ± 0,2 mm dans les corps de rues et ± 0.4 mm dans les détails des ilôts bâtis. 1.2.5. Israël a élaboré des spécifications (non indiquées). 1. 2. 6. Norway. Des réglements standart définissant les habitudes de topographie muni cipale sont élaborés. 1. 2. 7. Au Pakistan, la question des spécifications est seulement actuellement au stade expérimental. 1.2.8. Sweden. Des règles officielles n’existent actuellement que pour l’établissement des cartes par la photogrammétrie. Néanmoins ces règles sons proposées pour les applications aux plans urbains.
