Radiometric Properties The standard deviation-to-mean ratio (s/m) can give a quantitative evaluation of the degree of speckle reduction. B. Spatial Properties Effective speckle filtering not only requires good speckle removal, but also needs good preservation of the spatial resolution so as not to blur thin image details like textual or structural features. Therefore, quantitative analysis on ESDMPWEF for its spatial properties has been done.
