B. Aerial triangulation by the ITC organisation 
Table 2 gives a list of aerial triangulation carried out by the research division of the ITC. 
It is, with a few exceptions, analytical triangulation by means of the Wild Stereocomparator 
StK. Although the execution of these triangulations and the results are described in full in 
the publications mentioned below, we will make in this report a few remarks about some 
of the results. 
1. SIP Massif Central (see report of Cassini-Cunietti to the Lisbon Congress) 
This block of 8 strips of 20 models each was adjusted by means of the ITC-Jerie Analogue 
computer. For planimetry 10 ground control points along the edges of the block were used 
and for height control in total 30 height control points, distributed over two lines at the 
edges of the strips and one line in the centre of the strips. Regarding the precision a 
standard deviation of the residual jy-parallaxes can be mentioned of 8 microns in the 
orientation points and 13 microns in other points.
