ABSTRACT 
A proposal is made to utilize the analytical plotter and its 
associated orthoprinter to produce, intead of orthophotographs, 
accurately rectified diapositives. These diapositives could be 
prepared in any conventional type of geometry to match a simple 
stereoplotter. Relative and absolute orientation would not be 
required in the simple plotter as the diapositives would already 
be st zéro tilt and correct scale.
