Résumé. En proposant un plan d'action concret et chiffré, à titre d'exemple, pour 
un pays en voie de développement, les auteurs ont voulu montrer que l'inventaire des 
ressources naturelles est techniquement réalisable par photographie aérienne et photo- 
interprétation, avec des moyens financiers modestes au regard du montant de l'aide in- 
ternationale. 
Abstract. By proposing a concrete and figured plan of action as an example for a 
developing country, the authors mean to prove that the natural resources inventory is 
technically feasible by aerial photography and photo-interpretation, with moderate finan- 
cial means compared with the. international help amount. 
Zusammenfassung. Die Autoren schlagen als Beispiel für einen Aktionsplan in Entwick- 
lungslàándern eine konkrete und mit Zahlen versehenen Plan vor. Es soll gezeigt werden, 
dass die Inventur der Bodenschätze durch systematisch durchgeführte Luftbildaufnahmen und 
Photointerpretation mit Mitteln durchgeführt werden kann, die im Verhltnis der interna- 
tionalen Entwicklungshilfe-Zahlungen gering sind.
