AMS summarized its findings in October 1967: 
"KC-8 camera No. 2, 3, and 4, tested in combination with 
KC-1B magazine No. 54-131 are acceptable. KC-8 camera No. 1l is 
unacceptable. KC-3 Cameras Nos. 1 and 2, tested in combination 
with KC-1B magazine No. 63-073 yielded results beyond the acceptable 
Vm um 
tolerance for cartographic cameras, and are not acceptable for 
general use on AMS projects. However, due to expediency required e @ 
in obtaining data to proceed with the mapping program, the KC-3 
cameras are approved for use limited to the Liberia Project. The 
following KC-1B magazines are also approved: 63-013, 63-124, 63-039, 
64-153, and 64-169."
