Dr. Howlett: It is hoped that this Report summarizes adequately the 
discussions and activities of the Commission. If there are any comments, addi 
tions, or modifications, the meeting is open to receive them now. If there are 
none, will you vote on the adoption of this Report. 
The Report was carried unanimously. 
Dr. Howlett: That concludes our business for the morning unless there is 
any further point which should be raised. 
Before concluding I would like to express my personal appreciation to all 
those who have helped so extensively in carrying out the work of the Com 
mission in the last eleven months since we have been responsible for it.
