3) It is possible to extend the distortion determinations to any direction of 
field angle. 
4) By the substitution of suitable targets to the cross-wires of the collimator, 
the lens resolution can be measured. 
5) The equipment, on its whole, has been studied for all type of cameras, from 
the small cameras of the phototheodolites (sizes 6X9 and 10X15) to the 
largest aerophotogrammetric cameras. 
6) If desired, the visual method of calibration can be performed by keeping 
on the telescope of the theodolite its usual pipe-eyepiece, and putting a 
suitable reticle on the focal plane of the camera.
