LADIES’ PROGRAM 
Ladies are cordially invited to take part in all activities 
of the Congress. In addition a ladies’ program is arranged 
as follows. 
Wednesday, July 18 
12.00 departure from Medborgarplatsen (Congress en 
trance) by bus to Skansen with lunch (by invitation) at 
restaurant Solliden. Swedish folkdances. Individual return. 
Thursday, July 19 
10.00 assembling at Obelisken at Slottsbacken (south side 
of Royal Palace). Conducted stroll through the old Town. 
Shopping. 
10.00 alternatively, departure by bus from Medborgar 
platsen to the medical center Karolinska sjukhuset. 
Individual lunch. 
13.30 departure by bus from Medborgarplatsen to the 
new suburb of Vallingby. Sightseeing, tea and presentation 
of Swedish clothes and Swedish glass. Arrival at Medbor 
garplatsen about 17.30. 
Friday, July 20 
12.00 lunch at Grand Hotel. 
13.30 departure by water-bus under the bridges to Valde- 
marsudde, where the Art Gallery and garden of late Prince 
Eugen are demonstrated. Tea. Individual return. 
Monday, July 23 
10.00 departure by bus from Medborgarplatsen for visits 
to a cottage building, an old age home, the Nacka open- 
air reservation and the Forest Cemetery at Enskede. Lunch 
at Nackanäs Inn. Arrival at Medborgarplatsen by bus at 
15.00. 
Tuesday, July 24 
13.30 departure by bus from Medborgarplatsen to Milles’ 
home and garden at Lidingö. The art collections and the 
magnificent garden are demonstrated. Tea at restaurant 
Foresta. Arrival at Medborgarplatsen about 16.30. 
Wednesday, July 25 
10.00 assembling at Obelisken at Slottsbacken (south side 
of the Royal Palace). Visit to the Palace, Storkyrkan and 
Riddarholmskyrkan. 
Thursday, July 26 
10.00 departure from Medborgarhuset by bus. Visit to 
the medical center Karolinska sjukhuset. Arrival at Med 
borgarplatsen about 12.00. 
MOVIE PROGRAM 
Films will be shown in the large lecture hall A, partly 
parallel to other programpoints. Each film will be shown 
at least twice. Sweden from the air will also be presented
