Resolutionen. 
Der Sekretär Barvir führt nun bezüglich der Bibliographie folgendes aus: Es 
ist gänzlich unmöglich, dass die Kommission VI alle ihr zustehenden Agenden, 
wie das 7-sprachige Wörterbuch, Unterricht und Schulung, Bibliographie, Ter 
minologie, und Geschichte, gewissenhaft allein bearbeiten kann. Aus diesem 
Grunde wurden von der Kommissionsleitung mit namhaften Photogrammetern 
Verhandlungen gepflogen, ob nicht zumindest die Bibliographie ständig und für 
immer von einer anderen Institution betreut werden könnte, und zwar unter 
der Leitung des Vorstandes der Kommission VI. Prof. Sehermerhorn hat sich 
nun liebenswürdigerweise bereit erklärt, im Internationalen Training Centre 
in Delft mit der Sammlung dieser Bibliographie zu beginnen und sie auch in 
Zukunft auf dem laufenden zu halten. Diese Bibliographie in Kartothekform 
angelegt, würde der ganzen Fachwelt gegen Vergütung der reinen Druckkosten 
zu Verfügung stehen. 
Sehermerhorn führt dazu noch aus, dass aber das I.T.C. allein nicht im 
stande sei, sämtliche Zeitschriften, in denen photogrammetrische Artikel er 
scheinen können, wie z. B. Zeitschriften für Optik und Feinmechanik ständig 
durchzusehen. Daher regte er an, dass die kommende Kommissionsleitung an 
sämtliche nationale Gesellschaften herantreten möge, solche in ihrem Lande 
erscheinenden Zeitschriften über Randgebiete der Photogrammetrie durchzu 
sehen und die Auszüge an das I.T.C. nach Delft zu senden. Prof. Sehermerhorn 
wird diese Gesellschaften dafür die Bibliographiekarten, der im I.T.C. behan 
delten Zeitschriften gratis liefern. Über Art und Weise der Anlage, und über die 
Sprachen, in denen die Auszüge erscheinen sollen, wird der kommende Vorstand 
der Kommission VI im engen Einvernehmen mit dem I.T.C. und den nationalen 
Gesellschaften entscheiden. 
The Secretary reported that the commission board, which had to concentrate its efforts on the 
dictionary-work, had asked several institutions if they could take over the bibliography-work and 
continuously carry it on for the future under the supervision of the board of the commission VI. 
ITC through Professor Sehermerhorn had been so kind as to accept this task. Printed copies of 
the indexcards will be available. Printing costs will be charged. 
Professor Sehermerhorn added that he needed the assistance of the various national societies 
especially in order to cover such publications which contain articles about optics, mechanics etc. 
The new board of commission VI and ITC will decide in detail about the bibliography, its 
languages etc. 
Die dritte Sitzung am 25. Juli 1956 diente lediglich zur Diskussion und Ab- 
fassung der der Plenary Session vorzulegenden Resolutionen, die die Kommis- 
sion betreffen: 
The Board of Commission VI proposes to put to vote the following resolu 
tions: 
1. Since the polyglot dictionary is ready to be published, the Austrian Society 
of Photogrammetry is requested to start distribution on the conditions men 
tioned in the subscription pamphlet. 
2. The Board of Commission VI is requested to charge the International 
Training Centre for Aerial Survey (I.T.C.) at Delft with the establishing of 
a bibliography of photogrammetry in cooperation with the national societies. 
The bibliography will be organised in accordance with the rules set forward by 
the new Board of Commission VI. The publication of each title and resume 
will be either in English, French or German. 
3. Commission VI of the International Society for Photogrammetry shall en 
courage and assist schools and universities offering photogrammetric education 
to increase the proportion of basic sciences, mathematics and electronic en 
gineering in their curiccula so that photogrammetrists of the future may be 
better equipped to develop new methods for increasing the speed and accuracy 
of mapping procedures.
