During the last five years 
photogrammetry, in alliance with 
electronic computing, has found 
increasing application in civil en 
gineering, particularly in the 
location and building of motor 
roads. Commission IV therefore 
recommend that a Working Group 
be set up within Commission IV 
to study and to encourage col 
laboration between specialists in 
photogrammetry, in programming 
automatic computations, and in 
civil engineering. Furthermore, 
this group, to be called “The 
Working Group on Civil En 
gineering”, shall gather informa 
tion concerning these fields of 
endeavour and shall periodically 
report on its findings.

mande donc la création d’un 
groupe de travail spécial dans son 
sein. Ce groupe étudiera et encou 
ragera la collaboration entre spé 
cialistes de la photogrammétrie, 
de la programmation pour cal 
culatrices automatiques et du 
génie civil. Ce „Groupe de travail 
de génie civil” rassemblera toutes 
informations sur ces travaux et 
diffusera périodiquement les résul 
tats de ses études.

bindung mit den automatischen

Autobahnen, gefunden. Die Kom 
mission IV empfiehlt deshalb, in 
ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich eine Ar 
beitsgruppe zu schaffen, welche 
die Zusammenarbeit zwischen 
Fachleuten der Photogrammetrie, 
der Rechnungsprogrammierung 
und des Bauwesens zu studieren 
und zu fördern hat. Ueberdies 
soll diese Gruppe, genannt „Ar 
beitsgruppe für Bauingenieurwe 
sen”, den Austausch von Infor 
mationen fördern und über die 
Ergebnisse ihrer Studien perio 
disch Bericht erstatten.

entfällt) gegeneinander abgrenzen. 
Beschluss, dass künftige Schwer 
punkte der Kommissionsarbeit 
sind: 
a. Röntgen-Photogrammetrie. 
b. Nah-Photogrammetrie (z. B. in 
der Archäologie, Architekturpho 
togrammetrie, Industrie- und Un 
tertagephotogrammetrie). 
c. Photogrammetrie in der Hy 
drographie und Ozeanographie. 
Beschluss, dass alle Kollegen, 
die auf Gebieten der Kommission 
V arbeiten, der Notwendigkeit 
einer Prüfung und Ermittlung der 
inneren Orientierung der Auf 
nahmegeräte ihre besondere Auf 
merksamkeit widmen sollen.
