With the abvve photographic equipment almost 50% of the total area of
the country (131,000 km ) has been covered photographically at a scale of
1:15,000. From this photography, maps have been compiled photogrammetrically
(a) at a scale of 1:5,000 covering 22%. of the country's area and (0) at a
scale of 1:10,000 covering an area of about 3,51. Also, photography was carried
out at a scale of 1:8,000 covering an area of 2,000 km“ for which maps have
been compiled at a scale of 1:2,000 covering an area of 1100 km, and at
a scale of 1:1000 covering 28,5 km,
Rbffering to small scales, 1:40,000 - 1:42,000, over 70% of the country's
area has been covered with aerial photography for which maps have been compiled
at a scale of 1:50,000.
In addition to the above projects several aerotopographical diagrams
