3.1) A program related with the transformation of the punched cards
given by the TA 3/P, in other punched cards apt to be introduced
in the computer during Phase ! (Input) was elaborated.
3.2) A program to avoid the total remeassurement of the aerotriangu-
lation in the TA 3/P, when a mistake is discovered in one or
several transition length points in the output of Phase I.
3.3) A program to detect mistakes before the calculation for phase
Il is performed.
SEMIANALYTICAL TRIANGULATION
The MGI bought a WILD Autograph, Model A 10 in order to face this
new operative in a short while.
It is hoped to have ready an own electronical calculation program, to
aerotriangulate by the method of the independient models.
ANALOGICAL AEROTRIANGULATION
39 Planimetric runs with a total of 496 pairs and 25 planimetric runs
with 358 pairs were performed.
For the explotation of the photogram there were used two Wild A
Autographs, Model A 5 and a Wild Autograph, Model A 9.
PLANIMETRIC AND PLANIALTIMETRIC RESTITUTIONS
The planimetric restitutions were performed with Wild instrumental,
Models B 8 and B9 at scales 1:50,000 and 1:1,000,000 containing an area
of 68,000 sq. km.
Planimetric restitutions comprise an approximate area of 9,800 sq. km.,
and they are inherent to the Law of the Chart. In addition, planialtimetric
and altimetric restitutions were performed for National Organizations
and Private Companies.
APPLICATION OF THE PHOTOGRAMMETRY
To accomplish the mapping of the corresponding cartography, the MGI
uses two procedures:
a- The "Combined Method", which consists in a restitution of the plani-
metry applied on slightly flat areas, meanwhile the altimetry is
obtained on the field using the traditional methods of topography.
b- The Photogrammetric Restitution on scrapped terrain could
completely satisfy the requirements of accuracy, both in planimetry
and altimetry and therefore proporcionate a regular survey, which wili
be completed with interpretation and nomenclature, after its review.
The cartographic drawing procedure is still being performed by the
plastic recording procedure (Scribing Method).
The total of the issued charts is reported in annex 2,
