EAND SURVEY OPERATIONS
ABERDEEN UNIVERSITY, Dept. of Geography
Ground control for 30 models of Forvie Sands was provided. The models
four colour
map was undertaken at Aberdeen. Some photogrammetric work was undertaken
to supply field boundaries on an existing 1:10 000 photogrammetric
Sicaya, Peru. A contoured plan of old Aberdeen was prepared for the

In the period under review there has been a marked swing from panchromatic
aerial cover to colour. 40 000 colour photographs covering approximately
Whilst the demand for engineering survey services in the UK has remained at à
static leve] during the period under review, there has been an increasing demand
for specialised Services overseas which has been particularly well received in
the USA, the Caribbean and in Africa. Services have been extended to include
Orthophotography.
