CHANGES IN THE FIELD OF COMMISSION IV OVER THE PERIOD 1968—1972 
  
As announced in the introduction, the main body of this report is concerned 
with the changes that have occurred in the field of this Commission since the 
previous Congress. In order to collect this information, a questionnaire was
