ment, from the beginning till now, are given. 
Because such a work is made for the first time, I am 
fully aware it is not absolutely faultless. Obviously,it 
has some shortcomings, inherently in any start. 
If some inaccuracies are to be found regarding data 
exaciness or some important events are missing, I should 
‘ask for reader’s kindness, because I had not the possibi- 
lity to see all original materials concerning this pro - 
blem. I was obliged to take some information from the in- 
dicated bibliographical sources.
