Übersicht
Es werden verschiedene Klassifizierungsverfahren (Minimum-
Distance, Maximum-Likelihood und n-dim. Quader-Klassifika-
tor) theoretisch abgeleitet.
dargestellt. Abschließend wird die Leistungsfähigkeit des
Quader-Klassifikators durch Vergleich des Aufwandes zur Im-
plementierung, eines Rechenzeitvergleichs und des Vergleichs
der Ergebnisse mit den anderen Klassifikatoren gezeigt.
ON THE QUALIFICATION OF VARIOUS CLASSIFICATORS FOR PRO-
CESSING OF REMOTELY SENSED IMAGE DATA
Summar
Various classificators (Minimum-Distance-, Maximum-Likeli-
hood- and n-dimensional hyper-square-classificator) are
theoretically explained. It is shown by means of a two di-
mensional example, how these classificators approximate the
clusters of pattern in the patternspace and how the manipula-
tion of threshold of the rejection class takes place. The re-
sults of the different classificators are shown, using the
classification results of a multispectral M?S-Scene. Finally
the quality of the hyper-square-classificator is figured out
by the comparison of this classificator with the two other
methods with regard to the expense for implementation, the
computation time and the classification results.
