The large spill at the top of the picture is probably caused by a 
ship cleaning its tanks one or two days before the test. On June 29 
only an extremely thin oil layer remained. The two smaller spots 
represent 400 1 of diesel fuel (top) and 50 1 of diesel fuel mixed 
with water (bottom).

with same drifting ice showing as lighter areas. Top and bottom
