Even though multispectral stereo imagery is not very typical, in recent projects like MOMS Priroda the time 
interval for recording images of the same scene is small. Matching of multispectral image pairs with more than 
3 channels will be an interesting experiment for the proposed multichannel matching algorithm. 
Another topic of future research is matching of all three components of HSI image data which puts the inter- 
pretation aspect into the centre of interest. Concerning the interpretation a key question is: how can hue and 
saturation be exploited efficiently within matching?
