Due to non or poor accessibility in Lut Desert, it is very
efficient to use remotely sensed data, such Landsat MSS, TM,
NOAA and etc. Application of satellite data with different
spatial and spectral and multi-temporal resolution may improve
our understanding about factors of desertification such as wind,
water erosion and soil salinity.
