5.2 Wild Avi olyt 
The manufacturer provides TEDIT software as an option to 
edit digital maps on Wild Aviolyt BC2. Hovever it works 
relatively slouly with limited functions and some restric- 
ti ons /9/. The author designed a full-functional interac- 
tive graphics system using the same devices used by* TEDI T: 
a Tektronix 4109 color graphics terminal and a Tektroni x 
4957 graphics tablet (Fig.4) to edit digital maps stored on 
Wild BC2 MP-files. The DG30 microcomputer, which controls 
BC2, is rather a lou performance computer. But the RDOS 
operating system still provides virtual memory feature /2/. 
Thanks to the powerful firmware of the Tektronix 4109 ter- 
minal /7/ /8/, the use of host CPU is mini mi zed and the in-
