der freien Gemarkung dagegen verwenden wir 
die eben erwáhnten Metall oder Plastikstreifen, 
weil hier die Gefahr einer Verschiebung weniger 
gross ist. Unsere Statistik bis zum Jahre 1959 
gibt uns an, dass wir 6% Ausfille an Signalisier- 
punkten haben. Von diesen waren allerdings nur 
die Hilfte terrestrisch nachzumessen. Die andere 
Hilfte war auf Grund der eingangs angedeute- 
ten Absteckungsmethode mit Hilfe der Ab- 
steckungselemente, also gleiche Wegebreiten, 
winkelhalbiert, häuslich nachzukartieren. Als 
Zeitpunkt der Befliegung wihlen wir stets den 
Monat. März, weil dann die Vegetation noch 
nicht eingesetzt hat. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sind 
Signale im Laubwald noch sehr gut auszu- 
messen. 
Mr C. O. TERNRYD: As the application of 
photogrammetry in civil engineering is rather 
new and is under intensive development in 
several countries, we have found it to be of 
certain value to discuss some of its problems 
in detail during this Congress. I only wish to 
state which of these problems we are going to 
discuss this afternoon. 
At first, in the question of the preliminary 
planning, we are going to discuss which proce- 
dure we have in practice found to be the most 
suitable. This phase will also include the differ- 
ent means for staking in the terrain and in the 
design phase. We are going to discuss the ques- 
tion of how to make a report of the recording 
of the data and how to make the transformation 
of our recorded data into road data. We are 
going to discuss these three problems: procedure 
in preliminary planning, procedure of design and 
the question of ultimation.
