Four main flow schemes represent the modular capabilies of AIMS: 
- *| Input Phase 
Hardcopy stereo imagery with associated ground control points and 
camera parameters are used as input to the APPS-IV. The (P2TRIA) 
triangulation software is executed with a Res VIN problem file created. 
The imagery is now triangulated and the user has the ability to maintain 
stereo, determine elevation, superimpose graphic and/or text, and 
pereform a variety of mensuration function on the analog imagery. 
Corresponding multi-date digital imagery is run through automated 
feature extraction/change detection algorithms with a resulting 'feature 
flag file' created.
