(1) Transformation was named “High-Accuracy Regional 5 2 :
V=y,+0x+ky Parameter HARP (HARP)”. HARP was calculated by using e.
Affine Transformation equation (1) and three coordinates of A, 92 M
where B and C in Table 1. Point No.3 and No.12 did not use to the : C
