There were made space-time measure-
ments necessary to the design for ship sail-
ing on the Danube - Black Sea Canal using the
synchronous photogrammetric processing, ha-
ving the parameters optimized. There have
been determined the possibilities of draw-
ing a convoy of 240 m long in & curve with
a radium of 3000, in & navigationchannel.
The results of the photogrammetric mea-
surements had for an object the navigation
optimization for the large convoys, pushed
or tugged on navigation rivers or canals.
The channel marking was made with buoys on
62
^ the Orgova Lake, over a length of 3200 m,
and a width of 62 m; the buoys were placed
at a distance of 200 m from one another.
Having in view the fact that the chan-
nel curve plotting couldn't be made but on
the banks, the plotting was made by polar
coordinates where both the distance and the
azimuth angle were calculated beforehand.
The plotting was made by Distant D 1
loT placed on land and the projector for
measuring the distance and azimuth angle was
placed on the boat with buoys.
The buoys were launched at the calcu-
