CONCLUSIONS 
In the short term, in the situation here in New Zealand, 
CCD array cameras are not cost efficient. It seems to me 
inevitable that this will change, but I am not competent to 
predict that changeover with any degree of certainty, In 
the meantime our project will continue as planned.
