In figure 6 the DTM from the mountain area of the 
Erzgebirge near Ronneburg in the south- eastern 
part of Germany is shown. This DTM is derived from 
three flight attitude corrected image strips taken by 
WAOSS in July 1995. By means of this image and 
further images changes in the overburden deposit
