If every surveyor and researcher use 
survey with GPS camera. A new network 
GPS camera and Ground truth image database should be established with GPS camera and 
system, all researchers can hold ground truth | Sround truth image database through internet 
data in common through internet. If no image is network should be covered all over the 
data is existing around concerning world
